This important project consists of various medical consultations, such as general medicine, ophthalmology, gynecology, dentistry, etc.  Recently a section for psychological aid was added.  This project is headed by Dr. Marisa Fern\u00e1ndez Jim\u00e9nez, Dame of the Order, with a group of volunteer doctors and nurses.  They try to give vital aid to many homeless, recently arrived, immigrants, etc.<br \/>\nClose by is the Order of Malta\u2019s soup kitchen of the Plaza Castilla which serves 300 daily meals al weeklong.
