On Tuesday 19 November, the Spanish Episcopal Conference celebrated a Mass at the cathedral of Madrid in honor of the victims of the “Dana” that raged through the province of Valencia and surroundings this past October.
Coinciding with the meeting of the Episcopal Conference, more than a hundred cardinals, archbishops and bishops concelebrated this ceremony under the presidency of His Excellence the Archbishop of Valencia and the presence of His Eminency the Archbishop Cardinal of Madrid.
Our ambassador, Vice Dean of the Diplomatic Corps was seated between authorities, as seen on the picture. H.E. the Countess of Villaflor, President of the Spanish Assembly of the Order of Malta, also assisted this mass in the first row.
