Following the invitation of the Spanish Subpriorate of Saint George and Saint James, His Excellency the Venerable Baillif of Justice Fra’ Ruy Gonçalo do Valle Peixoto de Villas-Boas, Grand Commander of the Order, visited Madrid from 22 to 24 April.

Our Embassy organized a dinner in his honour at our residence with members of the Supriorate and the Spanish Assembly on Friday.
On Saturday, a day of recollection, reflection and prayer was held with Dames and Knights in obedience, ending with a reception at the residence of the Regent of the Subpriorate, His Excellency the Marqués de Rialp.

Sunday’s Mass was organized in the ancient Vera Cruz, church belonging to the Order in Segovia, followed by a confraternal luncheon.
