On 26 June the “Capítulo de San Juan” (Holy Mass of St. John) of the Spanish Assembly of the Order of Malta was held in the Basílica Castrense of Madrid.

The Holy Mass was presided by His Excelency and Reverend Monseñor D. José Luis Del Palacio y Pérez-Medel, the Bishop of Segovia.

During the ceremony new knights of the Order were received adn some Merito Melitense decorations were handed out by the President of the Assembly, His Excellency Count of Santa Olalla.

As every year, our embassy was represented by the Ambassador.
